Group critique

Today's group critique was very interesting. I have never had a group critique class before but back in my country we had something close to that known as Student Based Assessment(SBA). However, we didn't really have a time where we would actually sit down and just talk about what we wrote. We just made sure that everybody was on the right track and that the work was actually completed. I found t very helpful as I was able to have others make comments on my excerpt. For example, what I learnt today was that I had to stick to the topic and to not drift away from the point i am trying to make in the extract. For now, I do not really think that there should be any changes when it comes to the critiquing sessions. I just have to remember to print my work draft before coming to class(sorry professor). With that, I am going to do more research on literary narratives, looking at all the sample pieces and try to buy a new printer. I hope for the best for myself and to all!
