Slang in Malcolm X
The slang used in the book correlates to the English that was spoken in that time period. It plays a role in displaying how individuals would communicate with each other and what was deemed appropriate to say. Furthermore it helps the reader experience the story through Malcolm's eyes and a different perspective.

With his perspectives, it gives different views to many(Positive or Negative views), leaving out different opinions on both society and the book. i agree!
